Pastor  Femi Ajayi is called of God to serve his generation as a pastor, teacher, author and trainer with a special ministry to the youths. He has the assignment of restoring virtues and values to youths, helping them to add purpose to youthfulness and empowering their potentials till they become pillars in every facet of life. He currently serves as the pastor-in-charge Area in the Redeemed Christian Church of God.

He hosts “Champion’s Breakfast Summit” a gathering of champions and Youths/Singles Empowerment Summit” respectively on a monthly basis. He is in high demand in conferences, seminars and leadership training programmes both in churches and fellowships.
